Dividends in arrears are not relevant when calculating EPS. The EPS is usually calculated as profit without preferred dividends divided by weighted average of common stock shares over the past twelve months.

The company was formerly known as Westpro Equipment Ltd. and changed its name to Questerre Energy Corporation in December 2000. Questerre Energy Corporation was incorporated in 1971 and is headquartered in Calgary, Canada.
