Mr. Furman served as President and Chief Executive Officer of GameTech International, a publicly traded company involved in interactive bingo systems, from September 2004 until July 2005. Mr. Furman served as President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Rural/Metro Corporation, a publicly traded provider of emergency and fire protection services, from August 1998 until January 2000.
