Mr. Chubb served as our President starting in 2009, as our Executive Vice President from 2004 until 2009, and as our Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from 1999 to 2004. Mr. Chubb has been employed by our company for more than 30 years and has been an executive with our company for more than 20 years.
