Inc., and his diverse knowledge of financial and capital markets and corporate development strategies, specifically as they relate to the real estate industry and REITs. In addition, Mr. Constant has gained extensive knowledge of the Company’s business strategies, finances and operations in various executive capacities with the Company since 2010, and has been a driving force behind the execution of numerous specialized and strategic projects during his tenure. His knowledge of our business, finances, operations and compliance requirements, and his demonstrated effective leadership within the Company, qualify Mr. Constant as a valuable member of our Board of Directors.
