Mr. O’Toole has served as President of CrossFirst Investments, Inc. since 2010. Mr. O’Toole previously served as President for CrossFirst Advisors from 2008 until 2016. Mr. O’Toole was a co-founder of a bank consulting and accounting firm that grew in national prominence and served more than 500 financial institutions. He was Managing Partner of the company for approximately ten years and led the firm’s M&A practice where he was involved with nearly 100 bank purchase or sale transactions. Mr. O’Toole graduated from Fort Hays State University in 1973, and is a former member of the Kansas City Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth and The Executive Committee KC. He has served on numerous boards of directors of banks and private companies, including the Continental Airlines, Inc. travel agency advisory board. Mr. O’Toole has served on the board of CrossFirst Bank since 2007. Mr. O’Toole’s current board positions include the Company, the Bank and The Ali Kemp Educational (“T.A.K.E.”) Foundation.
