Dr. Michael E. Mendelsohn M.D. serves as Independent Director of the Company. Previously, Dr. Mendelsohn was a member of the cardiovascular faculty at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School. Dr. Mendelsohn serves as a director of Foghorn Therapeutics, Inc. and previously served on the board of directors of Regado Biosciences Inc. from November 2013 to May 2015.
